Appointments

We see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve a time for you. To schedule an appointment you may call our office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to our office by giving us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment.

Due to the nature of a neurosurgical practice, emergencies can arise and we will do our best to keep you informed should unavoidable delays occur because of unanticipated emergency situations.

To facilitate your appointment, you may download and print all forms under the “Patient Downloads” section of this website, and either mail or bring the completed forms to our office prior to your appointment if time allows, or you may bring them with you on the day of your scheduled appointment. We will need for each of the forms to be completed. If you do not have ready access to a printer, we can mail these forms to your home. Our scheduler will be glad to arrange these and other specific details regarding your upcoming appointment by phone at the time of scheduling.
